Boofer Farms Policy
Please read all of our terms below before inquiring about our available animals.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Unless your goat unexpectedly passes away, then you will be given the option to receive a refund, or to have that deposit transferred to another goat. (If one is available) We guarantee the health of our goats at the time of the sale, pickup, and transport. Once the animal leaves our property, we can no longer offer any guarantees as we cannot control their environment once they leave our property.
The buyer understands ALL responsibility of the animal is on them once it leaves our property. This includes in a transporters care. Boofer Farms will not be held responsible in any way.
Goats are herd animals, they need a “friend" to be happy, healthy, and to thrive! Therefore we will NOT sell any goat by itself unless there is at least another goat at the new home.
Any additional costs are the buyers responsibility. This is including, but not limited to, health certificates, testing, transport, crates, vet fees, etc. Your goat(s) must be paid for in full before it leaves our property. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If for any reason you have not picked up your goat(s) by the agreed pick up date, and additional $5 per day, per goat will be charged to you. After 3 weeks, your goat(s) will be resold or retained.
We have the right to retain any animal born at our farm.
